As an NHS patient you can choose where you receive your care. First you need to visit your GP. If your GP advises that you need hospital care you can request to be treated at UCLH.

If you are a patient already receiving care at another hospital, and you wish to be treated at UCLH instead, you will first need to speak with either your hospital consultant or GP who will be able to advise you.
